Terms of Service for Cloudle

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cloudle (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy above.

2. License Grant

I, Suhas Holla Karkada Chandrashekar, grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, or lend the App to others.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (code, graphics, content) remain with me, Suhas Holla Karkada Chandrashekar.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your photos and doodles. By using any sharing feature, you grant me a worldwide, royalty-free license to display or distribute only that content you choose to share.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suhas Holla Karkada Chandrashekar from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

9. Termination

I may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
